The villa’s living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 500L fridge, microwave, traditional oven, 6-burner stovetop and induction cooktop, dishwasher, and a modern pellet stove to warm guests after a day on the ski slopes of the Dolomites.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room featuring a traditional fireplace typical of Dolomite valley homes. On the opposite side, a cozy sofa, satellite TV, and a digital radio and karaoke sound system with speakers distributed throughout the villa (and outside) complete the space.

In the groud floor, at the same level of the garden, there is a spa and wellness area, with a large indoor heated water swimming pool , the sauna, the gym equipped with Technogym equipment.
